Background Professionally: Doug drove AI cloud and software as a service (SaaS) strategy at global companies Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Kyocera, and Siemens. His team focuses on introducing new products and services for innovation, sales growth and scale. His favorite growth approach is strategic partnerships with startup founders. He’s actively engaged in learning AI Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics use cases and tech stacks for innovative startups and larger companies that want to serve main street USA local businesses. For a California based health products manufacturer, he hired a team of sales and marketing professionals, developing the playbook for go-to-market sales and executing sales enablement, and scalable operational procedures. He has been a program manager, sales enablement executive, run strategic partner alliances at Microsoft, been a top ranked sales manager, a strategic account manager and started his career as rookie sales rep of the year in B2B sales. He over-achieved $10 million SaaS-based revenue targets through leading enterprise sales teams. He has helped design and implement marketing strategies that resulted in multiplying pipeline 200%. He aligned marketing and account-based sales recently to reach $576,000 annualized revenues, up from $230,000 in six months. Personally: Doug graduated from UC Berkeley in Communications and Business Admin. He made the bay area his home his whole adult life.
