Background With a diverse career spanning over two decades, I have cultivated a strong expertise in business development, marketing strategy, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Podcast Host for “DVC Alumni: Where Every Story Inspires the Next!” I showcase the inspiring journeys of Diablo Valley College alumni through engaging interviews, connecting them with current students and the broader community. As Alumni Manager for the Diablo Valley College Foundation, I have successfully organized high-attendance events, including the Alumni BBQ and Dan Brown Author Event, and developed a Speakers Bureau to facilitate valuable mentorship relationships. My outreach efforts have resulted in a remarkable 700% growth in the Alumni Association’s membership. In my role as a Senior Partner with Blair, Daly & Associates, I help businesses identify operational inefficiencies and develop tailored strategies for improvement. Additionally, my long-standing position as Senior Partner at East Bay Business Liaison has allowed me to mentor small businesses, enabling them to maximize their growth potential. Previously, as a Sales Engineer at ShotSpotter, Inc., I played a critical role in managing trade show exhibitions, creating marketing content, and utilizing data analysis tools to inform strategic decisions. My leadership experience as the Chief Executive Officer of the Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce allowed me to implement transformative initiatives that significantly increased membership and community engagement while securing essential grants for local improvement projects.
